「株式会社BEST SMILE」様の、保育業界に特化した対話型求人サイトを制作いたしました。
「転職」というネガティブになりがちな題材を、求職中の保育士の方々が「笑顔で自分らしく」前向きに取り組めるよう、ポップで明るいサイトに設計しました。
We created an interactive job posting site of "BEST SMILE", a company specializing in the childcare industry.
In spite of the negative impression of "changing jobs", we designed the site to be energetic so that childcare workers can work with "Smile and Be Yourself".
